Payment
Fees are to be paid in advance on the first lesson of each month for the duration of the month.
Note: There are no hidden costs at Rhythm House. No Enrollment Fees, Registration Fees, Administration Fees, Deposits etc. You pay only for your lessons.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice must be given for lesson cancellations. If sufficient notice is not given, Rhythm House reserves the right to charge the student for the lesson.
Students are allowed to cancel one lesson in advance each month. Subsequent cancellations are charged at the full rate. Exceptions may be made, at the teacher’s discretion, for students with excellent attendance records.
Fees paid for lessons that were cancelled in advance will be carried over to pay for lessons the following month. All lessons paid for in advance must be taken within a 3 month time period.
Lesson Scheduling
Rhythm House will attempt to deliver all lessons at the time agreed with the student upon signing up. However, from time to time it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule lessons due to teacher’s illness or other unforeseen events. Rhythm House will provide as much notice as possible at these times.
Preferred Time Slots
If a student fails to attend more than 60% of classes over a two month period then Rhythm House reserves the right to give the students preferred time slot to another student.
Terminating Your Lessons
As a courtesy to your teacher, please give at least 2 weeks notice when you wish to terminate your lessons.
Refunds
No refunds will be given.

We teach from 3pm – 10pm Monday to Friday and from 10am – 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Let us know which days/times you’ll be available. If you have any questions we’ll be happy to answer them!
